Enjoy a relaxing walk with friends at Moraine Hills State Park. All are welcome to join the McHenry Health & Wellness Team & MC9 Focus when we stroll along the Red Loop Trail. It is a 3.7 mile walk that will lift your spirits and put a zip in your step. After the walk we will share water and granola bars as we socialize.
