What will you be doing?

  • Responsible to provide direction and guidance for quality service and programming for persons served
  • Supervise Community Living Programs (CILA & ICILA), Community Day Service programs and locations, and other areas as assigned
  • Responsible for the leadership & collaborations for programs and locations assigned
  • Assigned to internal and external committees representing the organization
  • Manage staff development, client services, financial management, compliance requirements, physical plant, including assuring safety at all locations and being responsible for all reports and records required for each program and service area
  • Maintain and assure that all aspects of program and services comply with all applicable federal, state and local entity requirements
  • Responsible for outcome evaluation, quality assurance of services and maintains all accreditation standards
  • Responsible to meet the needs of all stakeholders, including, but not limited to, clients, parents/guardians, staff, funders, and other interest groups. The location service area will be defined based on opening

What will you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field   
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Additional certification or licenses helpful and may change based on needs of program
  • 2 – 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Five years of experience supervising staff
  • QIDP Certification

  • Navigation of stairs
  • Maintaining required certifications and other relevant trainings
  • Must be able to respond to emergency situations for client and staff as needed
