DESCRIPTION:Our first round of applications were due March 1st and initial selections have already been made.  Some categories are already full.  Below is a list of categories we are no longer accepting applications for. (815-385-4300 or email molly@mchenrychamber.com).\n\n\n\nJuried Application Process\n\nArts & Crafts in the Park is a long-standing\, highly attended event with a limited number of booth spaces available. To maintain the quality\, diversity\, and success of the show for both vendors and attendees\, the event is now a juried arts & crafts show.\n\n\n\nSubmitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect When You Apply\n\nA $25 non-refundable application fee is required at the time of application.  All applications will be reviewed by a jury. Vendors will be selected based on:\n\n\n	 Originality and craftsmanship\n	Quality and uniqueness of products\n	Category balance and overall event mix\n	Booth presentation\n\nThe number of vendors in each category is limited.  Returning vendors must reapply and are reviewed alongside new applicants.\n\n\n\nIf Accepted\n\nYou will receive an acceptance email with instructions to pay the full booth fee by the stated deadline.  Booth locations are assigned closer to the event and are not guaranteed.  All vendors will be placed at Veterans Park this year.\n\n\n\nIf Not Accepted\n\nYou will be notified by email. The $25 application fee is non-refundable and covers jury and administrative costs. Not being accepted is not a reflection of the quality of your work we strongly encourage you to apply again in future years.\n\nWe appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and curate a successful event for artists\, artisans\, and shoppers alike.\n\n\n\nPOLICIES:\n\n\n	All products must be original and handcrafted by the applicant. No buy-sell\, consultant\, or direct sale (multi-level marketing) booths.\n	By applying\, you agree to abide by any health and safety guidelines put in place for the event.\n	Submitted pictures may be used to promote the event.\n	Exhibitors are to supply their own display material\, as well as tables\, chairs\, tents\, etc. \n	Each exhibitor is responsible for the set-up\, care\, and tear-down of their own booth.\n	All products displayed must be listed on your application.\n	Application fee must be paid in full before application is considered complete.  *No post dated checks.  There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks by the bank.\n	This is a rain/shine event.  NO refunds will be made. \n	We are required to send a list of vendors to the IRS.  You are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax.\n	McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce and the Fiesta Days committee reserve the right to disqualify a booth based on content.  If you are ineligible for a booth\, you will be contacted by a staff member and your fee will be returned.
