Now she owns Palmarium Home Inspection Services.  Through her education\, experience\, and sensitivity to the needs of buyers\, she has gained the respect of both her clients and her peers.\n\n \n\n Lisa has also established herself as a community leader.  She coordinated McHenry's Community Harvest\, managing over 200 volunteers and donating over 5000 pounds of food to McHenry's Fish program.  She also started the Care program for Heartland Realtors which helps staff volunteers for Salvation Army's Kettle program.\n\n \n\nJoin us as Lisa tells her story of pursuing a career in a male-dominated field and the obstacles she faced entering a "man's world\," as well as her connection to her community.
