Location
This is an outdoor show. This event has been traditionally in Veteran's Memorial Park in McHenry. The modifications that are required for us to have this event include spreading out the vendor booths throughout the downtown parks (depending on the number of booths). Please understand that we cannot guarantee anyone a particular spot, but we will continue to be sensitive to any special needs you may have.

Booth Space is Approximately 10'x12'.

ARTS & CRAFTS IN THE PARK
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE: July 15th, 2020
After July 15th, booth prices increase to $90.
FINAL DEADLINE TO APPLY IS SEPTEMBER 1st.
The event is a rain/shine event. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will not receive a refund. However, if we have to cancel the event because of COVID-19 related concerns, vendors will receive a full refund.
SET UP: 6:30 am to 9:00 am
POLICIES: Entry must be paid in full before application is considered complete. *No post dated checks. NO refunds will be made. The Arts & Crafts in the Park Committee reserves the right to make or change rules & regulations for the purpose of improving the show. By applying, applicants agree to follow rules & regulations of the show. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks by the bank.
JURIED SHOW: The show is open to art, photography and selected crafts. In addition to your registration, please submit three photographs typical of the work you intend to enter. (Photos should be up-close shots of your work, not your booth display.) You may email photos to molly@mchenrychamber.com, mail them to 1257 N. Green Street, McHenry, IL 60050, or provide us with a website on which your products are displayed. Mailed photographs will be returned only if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is provided. All work must be original, hand-crafted, and exhibitors must sell their own work only.
GENERAL: Exhibitors are to supply their own display material, as well as tables, chairs, tents, etc. Each exhibitor is responsible for the set-up, care, and tear-down of their own booth.
ACCEPTANCE: A confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance (if you have provided an email). Complete instructions regarding check-in and parking will be emailed 1 to 2 weeks prior to the show. If you did not provide an email address, you will need to contact us for additional information.
