Start your chair yoga class today. Come with an intention for your yoga practice. We will do 45 minutes of exercise, relaxation & meditation. Come in comfortable clothes & shoes. Be prepared to take off your shoes (not required). Most poses will be done sitting down. Some poses maybe done standing with assistance of your chair. There are lots of benefits from chair yoga for many of us that cannot do some of the yoga poses. However, chair yoga practices brings you into your body to gain more flexibilty, strength, relaxation & present awareness. This is a weekly class. Must register to hold your seat.
