Description
Join us at White Oaks in McHenry for a time of mutual support, education and discussion of topics related to the Dementia journey. Support Group is open to all including family, friends, care providers or loved ones of those with Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. Meetings are monthly on the third Wednesday of each month. Open to all guests regardless of where friends or family members call home. Co-sponsored by ProMedica Hospice.
