Celebrate Summer and come play on the lawn of The Dole! Lawn games, Julie Ann’s custard, and food trucks. Generously sponsored by the GASSENSMITH GROUP at COMPASS REAL ESTATE. New this year - we are also partnering with CASA of McHenry County to raise awareness about this wonderful organization and the important part they play in our community.
Come participate in a spectacular celebration and enjoy the most wonderful Dole Play Day ever. Let’s kickoff summer with an afternoon full of fun on Tuesday, May 30th.
The Details:
This fun-for-all event, sponsored by Gassensmith Group, will be held on the front lawn of The Dole. The 1st 500 attendees will receive free cones from the Julie Ann’s Custard Truck!
The event includes a performance by the Engage Dancers, lawn games for all ages, and a cash bar.
Fun activities include dodgeball, wheelbarrow races, chalk art, bubbles, hulahooping, and more!
Stop by the CASA booth for raffle baskets! Raffle tickets will be 1 ticket for $1 or 6 tickets for $5, cash or charge accepted and no limit on tickets purchased.
Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chairs and pack a picnic lunch or grab lunch at the food trucks! Spread out on the lawn with friends and celebrate the last day of school!
The event also features a cash bar with pop, water, mimosas and beer. Families who participate in activities can be entered to win prizes.
