There is a receptionist at the front desk from 8am - 5pm. There is a nurse available via phone 24/7.

Driving Directions:

We are located off Crystal Lake Rd a bit south of McHenry. If coming from Rt 31, turn W onto Miller Memorial Hwy then N onto Crystal Lake Rd. If coming from Rt 120, turn S onto Crystal Lake Rd.
