Join Susan Frick, MSW, LSW at the farm for an informative conversation about understanding and supporting people living with dementia. Susan is a social worker at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center and serves as one of the state leads for both the Dementia Friendly and Dementia Friends Initiative in Illinois.
