Description

This virtual workshop will be presented by Lawyer Sam Castree. Nationally renowned video game lawyer Sam Castree will discuss what *you* need to know about copyright law. Topics will include how to get a copyright, what is copyrightable, how to avoid headaches in the registration process, what fair use is *not*, and (just for fun) some Steamboat Willie.

Sam Castree Law focuses mainly on intellectual property, business, and entertainment law, but he can probably help with other matters, too.
