Join us in celebrating NEW chamber business, Cross Kick Fitness in McHenry! Refreshments will be available Ribbon Cutting at 12:15 PM
Our cutting edge program specialize in High Intensity Interval Training, with a circuit that is laid out for you each time you attend, a trainer included to help guide you through each workout, and the flexibility of no class times so you can attend at your convenience!
The gym will not be open for operation at the time of the ribbon cutting, as we close for the mid-day at 11:30AM and then re-open at 4:00PM Also, even though we are not open for operation, staff will be available for tours and questions!
