Join us for Wine down Yoga, a delightful experience that blends the tranquility of yoga with the simple pleasures of a good glass of wine. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or it's your first time, this class is designed to be accessible, mindful and fun. Flow through gentle movements to release tension and restore balance as we sip our wine. Because sometimes the perfect pairing is movement, mindfulness & merlot.
