This is a monthly yoga and oils program combining gentle yoga with essential oils. March is Alignment with Mind, Body & Spirit. Yoga for the mind & body. Essential Oils for the spirit. This is a beginners class and no experience is needed. Must register to hold your seat. Cost: $15 Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat. Sign up on website calendar page.
