Missing golf and missing summer? We've got you covered. The McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce is launching an Indoor Golf Simulator League to carry you through the winter.

Run by Cameron Karney and Kelsey Adams, the league runs Thursdays from January 8 to March 26, 2026. For $350 (paid to the Chamber) you will get 12 full weeks of indoor golf at Lucky Lulus in Crystal Lake. Your registration includes: Welcome gift, plenty of networking opportunities, and the chance for your team to win $120 at the end of the season. Grab a partner and get ready to play. Each Thursday between 2 PM and 8 PM, you will receive a set tee time that rotates weekly and will be shared in advance. You will be playing with 2 others each week. If you have strict time limitations, just let us know or consider joining as a sub*. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to grab a drink or order food, and feel free to stick around before or after your round to watch others play and make even more connections. Start time is strict, due to back to back play. Each week you will play 9 holes, which takes about an hour.

If you can't make a week, simply send your own sub*. Since the league is prepaid, they can pay you back or you can gift the round as a thank-you for covering you. Registration opens December 1, and with only 12 two-somes available, these spots will go fast! Don't have a partner? Limited number of solo play which will be matched with a partner for all 12 weeks, if spots are open.
