Our American Family Insurance agency is hiring an entry-level Sales Specialist. This role is a great fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, and enjoys helping customers protect what matters most.
You will talk with new and existing customers, ask questions to understand their needs, provide quotes, explain coverage options, and help customers choose the right policies. You will also follow up on leads, set appointments, and stay organized using agency systems. This is a goal-based role with training and daily support from the team.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and comfort making outbound calls. Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
You must be able to obtain and maintain the insurance licenses required in your state (Property & Casualty; Life & Health if applicable). We will help guide you through the licensing process.
Location: McHenry, IL.
Schedule: Full-time, in-office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Compensation: Base pay + commission (bonus opportunities available)
