The Mental Health Board seeks qualified applicants for the full-time position of Behavioral Health Analyst. The Behavioral Health Analyst supports the Compliance department and general leadership operations for the McHenry County Mental Health Board. This role will also require extensive interfacing with staff and external individuals.
- Assist Compliance and Operations Manager in conducting compliance audits, to include service data preparation and review of Network Providers’ adherence to compliance requirements, reviewing clinical, HR, and other operations records onsite at Network Providers, assist in audit report preparation and follow up
- Provide leadership, and oversight of monthly Network Intake Coordinator’ meetings
- Participate as MHB representative in Network Taskforce/Committee meetings
- Assist Compliance Operations Manager in researching Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs)
- Assist Contract Management Specialist in processing affidavits and recording funding utilization
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Clinical best practices resource for Network Providers
- Assist in the review of quality assurance and outcomes reports for decision making purposes
Required education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required - Masters (QMHP) preferred
Experience
- 3-4 years of responsible human services experience required. Familiarity with Illinois I/DD regulatory requirements preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Required
