Description
Present the flyer to support the Alzheimer's Association while you dine at Culver's in McHenry on Monday, April 21 between 10am and 10pm. 15% of sales will support The Longest Day Fundraising efforts to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. From 5:00pm to 7:30PM there will be handmade beaded jewelry sales and 50/50 raffle sales to support the efforts. MUST PRESENT OR MENTION FLYER
