Socks in the Frying Pan, an award-winning trio from Ennis, County Clare, Ireland, was formed in 2014. The band features Aodan Coyne on guitar and vocals, Shane Hayes on accordion, and Fiachra Hayes on fiddle. Their unique "Socks Sound" blends virtuosic musicianship with passion for Irish tradition, pitch-perfect harmonies, and lively banter, making them standout performers in Irish Traditional Music. Having toured 46 U.S. states, dozens of countries, and every continent, they have showcased at major festivals such as the Walnut Valley Festival, Electric Picnic, Tønder Festival, and New Orleans Jazz Festival. With three studio albums and numerous accolades, including "Best New Band," "Best Live Band," and "Album of the Year," they continue to impress. Their latest release, Raw & Ríl, recorded live at Glór Theatre, was awarded "Best Live Album."
