Confidence, Clarity and Control/Creativity
On occasion, we all struggle with our confidence, and become anxious or overwhelmed. I will present some tools to help you with these Mental Health struggles. Specifically, we will address ways to Strengthen Your Confidence, Develop Mental Clarity and Take Control & Be Creative.
Geri Condon with Capture your Path Counseling is an expert on helping people resolve marital and family issues. Geri’s life experience has also given her a unique focus on suicidal issues. Geri has a passion for working with teens who struggle between taking steps toward being independent vs. the challenging struggles of life.
