Join the community for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association in McHenry County. As part of a national movement across more than 600 communities, this inspiring morning walk welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to help raise awareness and funds for critical Alzheimer’s care, support services, and research efforts.
Why Participate:

Free to register, with a suggested fundraising goal that supports local and national Alzheimer’s programs.
- Honor loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia and visually display your support through “Promise Garden” flowers.
- Ensure access to 24/7 care, community services, education programs, advocacy efforts, and ongoing research funding.
How to Get Involved:

Register as an individual or form a team via the Event website- act.alz.org/McHenryCounty.

Volunteer opportunities include route guidance, water stations, event setup and tear-down, photo support, etc.

Sponsorship and corporate team options are also available to promote community visibility and support.
