Client Services Specialist
Job Description
The Client Services Specialist will assist our team in performing key functions of our business as we manage our existing book of business, develop new client relationships, and expand our brand. This individual will be a caring professional committed to collaborating with multiple team members and supporting a strong client-centered approach, committed to serving and helping people. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be adaptable to the changes of a people-focused business. Passion, energy, and a commitment to continuous learning, along with strong communication and relationship skills, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the calendar for a designated advisor for scheduling client and prospect appointments.
· Processes client paperwork and accompanying items to ensure complete, seamless, and expedient transactions.
· Create and mail letters to clients/prospects for various purposes upon advisor request.
· Help manage and update CRM database of clients, referred clients, and prospects.
· Drive firm branding and awareness with active participation in civic/business organizations with emphasis on developing relationships with community businesses/leaders.
· Assist in the marketing, coordination, and communication of relationship-building initiatives and client events.
· Help create strategy and manage the CGMW website to maximize tools, resources, and content to drive clients/prospects to the site to increase awareness, activity, and branding.
· Manage social media program with primary emphasis on creating a strong and active LinkedIn presence for the firm and advisors to expand the brand and grow business through new client generation.
· Assist in managing the content of our preferred marketing partners with active participation in all aspects to ensure maximization of strategies, initiatives, and resources, which include:
- Participate and help plan client appreciation events
- Client communication initiatives- newsletters, articles, videos
· Act as the main conduit for all partner requests for marketing considerations; work with Ausdal Compliance for approval of all materials and communication.
· Adhere to high standards of business ethics and regulatory requirements specific to the securities industry.
· General backup support for other associates ,consisting of varied tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Associates Degree
· 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
· 2+ years’ experience performing administrative functions.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to generate precise work correctly and efficiently.
· Passion to serve and help people.
