In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening, and qualifying potential candidates for employment. You will also be responsible for building relationships with local companies for the referral of well-matched, qualified talent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.

Sources candidates through cold calling, social media, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.

Generates and maintains job postings from client provided job descriptions. Determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.

Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and hires top-quality candidates.

Ensures job applicants meet all hiring criteria as specified by the client company.

Provides detailed information to job seekers regarding the length of employment, schedules, job descriptions, benefits, compensation, and employer expectations.

Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.

Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.

Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.

Recruits for entry level, skilled, and executive jobs and additional project work as needed.

Performs administrative duties including file management with all required documentation, maintaining up to date, accurate information on customers, applicants, and employees entered in electronic databases.
