Role Overview
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of retail, relationships, and customer experience.

The Retail & Account Manager runs the Blink Supply Co. shop while also supporting Blink Tees' custom apparel work.You’ll handle in-store sales, client communication, quotes, and follow-ups acting as the main point of contact for many customers and helping connect retail, online, and production.

From first conversation to finished product, you’ll help guide each project while using the shop as a live example of what Blink Tees does best. This role is a mix of people, problem-solving, and creative work, and is a great fit for someone who likes staying organized and building real relationships.

Retail & Brand Representation (Primary Focus)

  • Open and close the Blink Supply Co. shop and manage daily retail operations.
  • Deliver friendly, confident customer service to walk-in customers.
  • Drive retail sales of curated apparel, accessories, and limited-run merchandise.
  • Keep the shop organized, welcoming, and on-brand.
  • Use the retail space to showcase print quality, garment options, embroidery, and design capabilities.
  • Build relationships with shoppers and identify opportunities that turn retail conversations into future custom apparel clients.

Account Management & Client Support
  • Act as a primary point of contact for custom apparel customers via email, phone, and walk-ins.
  • Prepare and send clear, accurate quotes quickly (speed + accuracy matter here).
  • Help source garments and products through Blink Tees’ vendor network.
  • Guide clients through the order process — from first conversation to production and pickup.
  • Coordinate orders using Printavo, and communicate details clearly with the production team.
  • Assist with follow-ups and overflow account support as needed.

Online Store & Light Operations Support
  • Support the Blink Supply Co. Shopify online store, including order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with light fulfillment, inventory tracking, and in-store/online inventory accuracy.
  • Help keep product listings, collections, and availability organized.

Marketing & Community Awareness
  • Assist with social media content, email newsletters, and in-store signage.
  • Support product launches, events, pop-ups, and Riverwalk activations.
  • Be an ambassador for Blink Tees and Blink Supply Co. in the local community.
Who You Are
  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with people all day.
  • Organized and detail-oriented - this is very important.
  • Sales-minded but service-first.
  • Comfortable juggling retail, email, and order coordination.
  • Interested in apparel, branding, design, or creative production.
  • Retail, customer service, or account-management experience preferred.

The Details
Pay: $45,000.00 annually
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday. Occasional evenings or alternate hours may be required with advance notice for events, launches, or special activations.
