Position: Full-time Window Cleaning Technician
Pay: $14/hour

Job Description
Window Cleaning Technicians are responsible for washing glass surfaces in private homes, offices, and various commercial buildings. Duties include cleaning windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions. Technicians may work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, or mechanical lifts.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Wash windows and other glass surfaces.
- Assist crew leader as needed.
- Complete window cleaning certification.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have no fear of heights.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions.
- Safe handling of company vehicles.
- Efficient job completion within time constraints.
- Proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.
Education & Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience and/or training.
