Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- EPA 608 Certification for handling refrigerants
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
- Detail oriented with strong technical skills and attention to quality
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and good customer communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs)
- Work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
- Stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams (not required, but preferred)
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems
- Proficiency in HVAC tools and equipment
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety procedures
