Job Description
Learning Linx, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a growing private practice. This position offers full professional autonomy, with the OT independently responsible for clinical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and documentation.
Responsibilities

Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations

Independently determine clinical needs and diagnoses

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct OT services

Complete all required clinical documentation, including:

Evaluation reports
-
Treatment plans
-
Session notes
-
Progress reports
-

Communicate with parents/caregivers
-
Collaborate with educators and providers as appropriate (with consent)

Maintain compliance with Illinois licensure and ethical standards
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Illinois OT license
-
1 or more years of pediatric experience required

Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

Ability to work independently within scope of practice
