Job Description
Learning Linx, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric speech and language services in a supportive private practice setting. This role offers full clinical autonomy, allowing the SLP to independently manage evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and documentation.
Responsibilities

Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations

Independently determine diagnoses and clinical recommendations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services

Complete all required clinical documentation, including:

Evaluation reports
-
Treatment plans
-
Session notes
-
Progress reports
-

Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress
-
Collaborate with staff, schools, and outside providers (with consent)

Maintain compliance with Illinois licensure and professional standards
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Illinois SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)

1 or more years of pediatric experience required

Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently within scope of practice
