About Us

I’ve been living on and off in Florence since 2002 when I studied abroad through university. I’ve got almost 20 years under my belt of taking trains, buses, and visiting the most beautiful, secluded places in Italy. In order to live in Florence legally, I went as far as getting UK citizenship to obtain residency in my most favorite city in the world. My heart leapt with joy once I made Florence my permanent home from 2009-2013. Since moving back home, my goal has been to keep Italy in my life any way possible, and thus, Truly Italy was born!

What we offer:

Tuscany Travel Retreats - Welcome to your vacation with a purpose. Included in each women's retreat are wellness activities such as yoga and meditation. Enjoy much needed downtime and do it beautifully with reflection to solidify your memories of exploring Tuscany.

Trip Consulting - When planning for a trip to Italy, you want it to be easy and taken care of from the minute you decide. Let us find the right place for you to stay, to eat, and to visit. If you have a bucket list of activities you want to experience, don’t worry. We got you. We're here to offer travel recommendations, tips, planning, and consultations.

Local Wine Tastings - Are you a Tuscan wine enthusiast? We have a partnership with 4 small, family run Tuscan vineyards where we can order their wine and have it shipped directly to you to have a wine tasting. We also could do a Virtual Wine Tasting with the vineyards. Where you can ask the winemaker all your questions about their family history, the wine-making process. It's an interactive experience.
